We are as different from other Christian Singles Sites as night is to day! Right now you are probably saying to yourselves, “Ya right!” Please give me just a few minutes to explain the Who - What - and Why.
We are all Sisters and Brothers in Christ and that is who we are, simply just a sister and brother in the body of Christ. With a heart to serve the Lord, and a belief that all who are in the ministry of the Lord need a like-minded mate. I believe that this site is my calling. Why would the Lord call me for this?
I asked the Lord and myself that many times. I told the Lord over and over, “Lord you know there are so many more people out there that are a lot smarter and with a lot more experience then me in this field.
Lord you know that I don’t even know much about a computer let alone how to set up a website.” All I got out of that conversation was, “You’ll learn”. And so I have learned after making mistake after mistake on how to set up the site for the Lord. I believe the Lord picks us by our experiences we have in our lives and the experience I have in the singles sites is simply being widowed and single for nine years. In searching the singles sites I can tell you after many years and hundreds of sites that I have been on that none of the sites were geared for people that are serving in ministries, or that have the heart to serve the Lord. I am not saying that you can not find them on the other sites, but what I am saying is that they are buried in the multitude of profiles, which is all right if you have years to spend looking for them.
What I found wrong in searching the multitudes was the temptation I faced. The temptation of being lead away from what I knew the Lord wanted in my life. And believe me, that temptation is very strong.
Take a minute and just think about it. I believe you will agree with me. I did, after many years, find a wonderful man, but I do believe that if there had been a site like Find Singles in Ministry.com it wouldn’t have taken so many years to do so.
